What To Expect

The first step is always the hardest, but it is a little easier if you know what lies ahead.

We start with a free over the phone consultation to determine if someone is an appropriate candidate for the program. All our consultations are 100% confidential. We will ask questions to determine the right care for each person. We will then schedule the first-available intake appointment.

The Intake Meeting begins with paperwork necessary to fully understand someone’s situation and history. We collect photo identification and health insurance (including Medicaid) information for those who are covered, and we also care for those who are uninsured and connect them to the appropriate resources. This information collection takes 15-20 minutes and is conducted one-on-one with a professionally trained care coordinator. They are there to answer questions and help. The individual will then meet with a licensed clinician to review the information and develop a customized treatment plan.

group session

The Group Sessions are the at the core of our treatment model. Each week, individuals meet together with an experienced, compassionate, and well-trained counselor. The group navigates our special curriculum that utilizes our evidence-based cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy to build a sense of community and purpose toward a better life.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans and New Hampshire Medicaid. We offer a sliding fee scale payment plan for our clients who qualify. If you have any questions, please call or text 1 (866) 679-0831.
